Some psychological resilience strategies we naturally develop through life may seem to work but are fundamentally unhealthy and can lead to personal future problems and have negative effects on the people around us.
 

My deep understanding of the true nature of practical psychological resilience comes from nearly two decades of helping people both one to one and in groups to build psychological resilience in the most difficult of circumstances, teaching core skills and how to use specialist techniques in everyday life. I bring this to the corporate world to develop high performance, team coherence and productive interpersonal relations.
