I diagnose and help teams and individuals overcome the key underlying causal issues of business challenges, getting to the very heart of what limits and restricts relational productivity and success.
 

I combine two decades of practical experience with an understanding of the complex nature and demands of the corporate world to increase personal well-being and wider organisational success. I do this by helping release often subconscious blockages and deeply embedded behavioural patterns that are usually unique to those I support and the context in which they and their teams are working.
 

My extensive toolbox of approaches allows me to co-create bespoke solutions that resonate and work in the most effective way for both teams and individuals, and often where other more traditional approaches in the past have had limited success. To this end, I am also highly experienced in working with the subtleties in play between neurotypical and neurodivergent individuals and teams.
 

My unique ability to get to the key underlying issues, and treat the causes in the most efficient and effective ways, leads to rapid proactive growth both personally, within a team, and then out into the wider organisational context.
